The project scope consists of design, development, integration, delivery, and logistical support for the cockpit upgrade (CUP) to the VH-60N APT, aerodynamic model upgrade to the VH-3D APT, and technology refresh and tactical environment upgrades to both Presidential Helicopter APTs. The project includes:
- Upgrading the HF radio model
- Correcting various TECRs, integrating upgraded TEN systems
- Installing a Carson Blade aerodynamics model
